Lucy is the Managing Director of the international headhunting business INNECTIS. With 7 years experience building a leading distillery within the alcohol industry, and manufacturing and 30 years experience in Financial Services, Lucy and her executive team bring a wealth of knowledge and first-hand experience of the staffing and team requirements within both sectors. From leading executives, sales force and buyers, manufacturing, project management, technical specialists and financial services roles with particular emphasis on all aspects of loan origination and servicing, Lucy’s network covers all industry requirements serving the client and candidate with the best service possible.

Lucy co-founded one of the only all-female distilleries in the UK; FOUR SIS4ERS DISTILLERY. She developed and established the business within the alcohol industry, creating a vast portfolio of spirits and a ready to drink range. The four sisters have seven brothers also known as SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWERY. The two companies merged in 2023 which made them the largest family of direct siblings in the alcohol industry in the world. Lucy's executive hiring team has 30 years experience in Financial Services across loan origination, loan servicing, portfolio acquisition, RMBS and CMBS.
Lucy's experience extends to the founder and Director of leading event management company Ninth Events Ltd, which encompassed a crowdfunding coordination agency Crowdfund Creative. With 15 years expertise in event planning and management and creative campaign management, Lucy has coordinated hundreds of successful events both in the private and corporate sector and led businesses to successful crowdfunding campaigns raising over £2m in investment.
Lucy is a keen golfer, cyclist, gym and all-round sports fan!
